Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Personalized or custom-engraved items (including name necklaces, birthstone rings, and other made-to-order pieces) require an additional 5 business days for production before shipping. Please allow for both processing and production time when estimating delivery.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 10–20 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and are occasionally affected by customs processing, holidays, or high order volume (particularly around November–January).

Total Estimated Delivery
Standard items: 2–4 weeks from order date
Personalized items: 3–5 weeks from order date

We know that's not instant; personalized pieces are made specifically for you, and we'd rather set an honest expectation than promise a date we can't guarantee.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at marlowickjewelry@outlook.com and we'll look into it.

Return & Refund Note
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unworn condition. Personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. See our full Return Policy for details.
